Our Mission

ChainMaille Accents is an attempt to bring personalized access to the art of making and distributing chainmail.  This company exists to enhance the public exposure to chainmail world wide, and to provide connection to a "local" source of chainmail production activities.

While our focus at this time is not one of sales, if you see something you like, contact us to discuss it.

ChainMaille Accents is a home based business focussing upon the personal touch for individuals.  We work to ensure that quality and customer satisfaction can be reached at affordable prices.

We are working dilligently to gain recognition for our work within the Armoring community, and are encourage you to visit our links page to other professionals in the armoring industry.

I work with many other armorers within the armoring trade and if another armorer can get you a quality product at a good price, I will assist acquisition from them rather than locally producing and charging more.

We are focused upon building a reputation for excellence with our products and referrals.

As mentioned previously, this is a home based business with a focus upon quality and integrity.  Our policy holds that if those are adhered to diligently, then business will take care of itself.

Except where noted, all images on this page are the property of Yeti of the North.  If you copy them without my written permission and use them in any form of commercial purpose, expect legal action to be taken.  Intellectual property is difficult to protect, please respect mine.  I will respect yours.

Where noted, other artists and manufacturers work and designs are credited for their creations.  Their work is to be respected as well, as theirs is more often than not copyrighted and the legal ramifications of copying their work is worse than copying mine.   If you do want to produce products with my designs, write to me, I'm fairly reasonable.

While I make my armor and items to SCA standards, I do not legally warrant its use in any form of combat.  Likewise, Armor will be sold only to those individuals over the age of 18.  With that said, if any of your pieces are damaged or break, write to me to see what we can work out.  Like I said, I'm pretty reasonable.

6 May 05  Rebuilding the webpages after a crash of the home system.  Not a whole lot being added, except to the family page and to this page.  Finished one suit for wear at SO Cal ren fair 2005 (see pics Below).

23 Feb 04  Finished one Masters degree program and currently I am working on the second!  Busy, Busy, Busy!!!  I have taken the prices down as I have not had time to keep up to date with Chainmaille Accents right now.  I do have lots of good stuff still stored all around the house, so if you see something you like drop me an e-mail~ I might be able to make you the deal of a lifetime!

Most of the Web page has gotten an updated look this year, but I have left the 99' and 00' pages the way they were.

16 Jan 02  Well, I sure didn't do a lot last year.  I went to school and did no chainmail.  The web page has migrated from geocites to my own domain and I'm totally stoked to have it up and running.

7 Jan 01  Well, it's another new year and we've completed another new addition: A dress Skirt!  This item was commissioned as a wedding dress and can be seen in the custom items section, as well as the skirts section.
